Presentation Requirement
Authors are required to use the official ICSEDI’26 PowerPoint presentation template for oral presentations to ensure consistency and professional appearance.
Thank you for visiting the ICSEDI Registration & Paper Submission page for the International Conference on Sustainable Engineering & Digital Innovation (ICSEDI’26). Please follow the guidelines below carefully to complete your registration and submit your paper in compliance with IEEE and conference policies.
All paper submissions must be made through the EDAS system:
Manuscript Preparation (IEEE Format)
All submissions must follow the IEEE conference paper format. Non-compliant submissions may be returned without review.
- All papers must be written in English.
- The maximum length is 6 pages, excluding references.
- Use the official IEEE two-column conference template:
Double-Blind Review Policy
To ensure a fair and unbiased review process, ICSEDI’26 follows a double-blind review policy. Authors must remove all identifying information from their manuscripts:
- Do not include names, affiliations, or email addresses in the paper.
- Avoid self-identifying references such as “our previous work.”
- Omit funding acknowledgments and project numbers in the initial version.
- This information may be added to the camera-ready version upon acceptance.
Originality and Ethical Standards
Authors must submit original, unpublished work that is not under review elsewhere. ICSEDI’26 adheres to IEEE’s strict guidelines on publication ethics and plagiarism ( IEEE Publishing Policies )
- Papers must not be previously published or under review elsewhere.
- All submissions will be screened for plagiarism.
- Any violation of ethical guidelines will result in immediate rejection.
Paper Acceptance and Registration
- Papers will be reviewed by members of the Technical Program Committee.
- The final decision rests with the Program Chair based on reviewer feedback.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register by the registration deadline.
- Only registered and presented papers will be included in the final proceedings submitted to IEEE Xplore.
Accepted Final Paper Submission Guideline
Before submitting your final (camera-ready) paper, please ensure the following steps are completed:
- At least one author must complete the conference registration before the final paper can be submitted.
- Incorporate all reviewer feedback and prepare the final manuscript strictly using the official IEEE conference template. Papers not following the template or margin requirements will be rejected by the EDAS upload system.
- Please ensure that author names, affiliations, and contact information are accurate and included correctly in the camera-ready version.
- Complete the IEEE Copyright Form through EDAS.
- Submit the final paper by 15 December 2025.
- Presentation at the conference is required for publication eligibility.
Presentation Requirement
Authors of accepted papers are expected to present their work during the conference. Details regarding oral or poster presentation will be communicated after acceptance. Papers that are not presented will be excluded from the IEEE proceedings.
Publication
Accepted papers will be published in the conference’s electronic proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality criteria.
